Once we have our first purchase order we generally will hold prices for 90 days or for a defined annual quantity. This gives you price protection for your accounts and consumers for a given period of time. Also, since we bid all projects in US dollars you are protected from any foreign currency fluctuations.

You will own all patent rights developed for you and Fulright will also be listed as a developer of the patent.
